Dear EVOLVE! Summit 2023 participants

we are counting down the last few days to the unique, HR & Recruitment festival.

And here are the most important pieces of information you should be aware of 👍

  • Thursday, November 2, 2023 – We welcome you from 7:30 AM.
  • The main program starts at 8:45 AM. Be there on time.
  • Once again at the SONO Center in Brno – https://maps.app.goo.gl/eY61tCRbLSzqUy9J9

  • PARKING directly at the SONO Center is not possible because the garages are used for our original festival’s accompanying program and catering. Parking is available in the surrounding area, or in parking garages, and you can use tram stops. Please allow extra time, parking may not be easy.
  • REGISTRATION will be done through our mobile app Whova. PLEASE sign in with your email, ideally now, which we are sending you these instructions to, or we’ll be happy to assist you at the registration venue. No need to worry.
  • TICKET – Your ticket (QR code) is in the Whova app, in the upper left corner, there’s either a circle or your photo – click it, and the first item is “My Contact & QR Code.” Have it ready before you arrive.
  • FOOD & BEVERAGES are provided from early morning throughout the day and evening (please notify us of any allergies in advance).
  • PROGRAM – From 9 AM to 5 PM, there will be lectures and workshops. Create your ideal day scenario with the interactive program.
  • EVENING from 5 PM to 10 PM – an unforgettable program (Stand Up, Ritmo Factory, Ukulele Orchestra concert as Brno, open bars, and more). Please, don’t rush home 😉
  • COMPANY – If you want to invite your partner/friends for the evening, they can join from 5 PM for a fantastic evening program, including an evening reception, after purchasing this ticket.
  • INFORMATION – All important and current information, announcements, communication with organizers, partners, and fellow participants, is through the Whova app.

VIRTUAL REALITY – The Ultimate NEW PRODUCT from Deloitte, try something like never before. A game for 3 players for 60 minutes. We have only 7 slots. First time in Central Europe.

Do you want to experience weightlessness in a space station? Do you have a team? Do you want to see how you react to crisis situations? Do you want to sign up?
