🇬🇧 Barbora works as a Senior Consultant at GrowJOB, where she joined in 2012. She manages the Brno branch and is also responsible for public training on the topic of overcoming procrastination. She delivers lectures on giving and receiving feedback to both the public and helps companies build a culture of radical openness. Feedback thus becomes a part of everyday work. Ten years ago, she founded two prestigious conferences, Leadership Prague and Leadership Brno. In Brno, she continues to organize them for hundreds of attendees, moderates, and leads the organizing team. Among the speakers, she has brought personalities such as Andrej Kiska, Tomáš Halík, Simona Kijonková, Šimon Pánek, Gen. Petr Pavel, Ondřej and Katarína Vlčko, Jitka Dvořáčková, Sanjiv Suri, and Vít Vrba. She graduated with a master’s degree in economics from Masaryk University. Bara has entertainingly lectured about her travels. Over 70 reruns of her travel stand-up shows have taken place at Bio Oko cinema, Scala cinema, and most recently at a sold-out venue in Prague’s Lucerna.
