🎓 Kasia studied linguistics and cultural studies, which led her to the craft of recruitment with a more human and culture-open approach. Discovering her passion for teaching, not just sourcing, she went on to co-found the learning platform Super Source Me together with Karolina Latus.

📚 Together, they wrote the Recruiter Workbook – a self-study guide for recruiters, filled with tutorials, exercises, and practical tips directly from the sourcing world. (The first publication of its kind in Polish.)

🐶 In her private life, Kasia spends time in the garden with her two adopted dogs — and when she’s not teaching, inspiring, or blogging, she enjoys slowing down and sharing moments of simple joy with a furry friend by her side.
