🎓 Although he graduated in Law from Charles University, Ondřej’s path led him into the world of business. Seventeen years ago, he joined Benefit Plus as a sales representative — and today he leads the company as its CEO.

🚀 Under his leadership, Benefit Plus has grown into a company with more than 100 employees, managing over CZK 4 billion in benefits for more than 600 companies across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

✈️ Ondřej also co-founded the Benefit Plus Travel Agency, expanding benefit options into unforgettable travel experiences.

🆕 His most recent projects include HeRe magazine, dedicated to the HR community, and Můza, an innovative product revolutionizing the world of employee benefits and transforming how companies and individuals perceive their value.
