Orši Véghová

💼 Orši Véghová studied economics and spent a significant part of her career in finance — working in audit, tax advisory, and later leading the finance department of an international company. Yet what truly fascinated her were people, and why they feel good at work.

🎓 Since 2014, she has been a trainer at Maxman Consultants, focusing on the development of managers and the skills essential for building a healthy and engaged corporate culture. She delivers training in three languages — Slovak, Hungarian, and English. (maxman-consultants.com)

🧠 In recent years, she has been deeply engaged with the psychology of power and multigenerational teamwork, turning these insights into practical tools and strategies for HR. For a long time, she described herself as a “cynical optimist” – positive, yet with perspective and a realistic outlook.

👩‍👦 Outside of her professional career, she is a proud mom of three Gen Z sons (25, 21, and 18), which gives her a unique understanding of modern team needs and generational dynamics.
