🇬🇧 Josef works as a project and process manager, as well as an agile coach. He enjoys improving the corporate environment to make it better for everyone in the company and ensure smooth operations. He connects people and teams across the business to facilitate communication, information flow, and collaboration.

He has held roles as a programmer, team leader, and IT manager. Over his 14+ years in leadership positions, he has experienced various management styles. He has transitioned from traditional management to people leadership and helps steer IRESOFT towards becoming a self-governing company. Inspired by the agile world, one of the purposes of his work is to introduce agile techniques and principles not only within IRESOFT. The agile transformation in all teams, from IT to sales and HR, has been successful at IRESOFT.
