⏳ With nearly a decade in HR, Lukáš started his journey in recruitment, working his way through almost every role “from the ground up.” From generalist, he gradually grew into the role of Senior HR Business Partner and today serves as HR Manager at ShipMonk.

🎧 He is also the creator of his own podcast and a regular guest at HR events and interviews — for example with SUHR, where he shared his experience with HR in international environments and building competency models.

💼 Lukáš has gained experience not only at ShipMonk but also at organizations such as Česká spořitelna and Czechitas, where he contributed to HR process development and leadership programs.

🤖 A strong advocate of practical AI use in HR and a promoter of technical sourcing, Lukáš tests new technologies directly in practice, showing HR teams how they can gain more effective tools for their work.
