🌍 With more than 20 years of HR experience, he has led recruitment across corporations, tech companies, and startups — not only in the Czech Republic but also in Belgium, France, the USA, and Latin America.

🎙️ He is the co-author of the popular podcast Nelidské zdroje and a regular conference speaker. As a mentor and lecturer, he collaborates with organizations such as Czechitas, CzechInvest, VŠE, Femme Palette, StartupYard, Recruitment Academy, and Czech Founders.
