Behavioral economist Matej Šucha started focusing on this topic during his studies at University of Copenhagen in Denmark and ETH Zürich in Switzerland. After successfully graduating, Matej gained experience in the corporate environment – specifically in the Vienna Insurance Group in Austria.
In 2015, he decided to start his own business and founded the MINDWORX consulting company. It helps clients use behavioral techniques in customer psychology. It focuses on customers’ behavioral changes, persuasive methods in communication and HR.
Besides that, Matej founded the Slovak Behavioral Economics Network nonprofit platform. Its goal is to present behavioral findings to both the Slovak public and the private sector. He is also a frequent speaker at many conferences and a lecturer at Univerzita Komenského in Bratislava.
