💼 Renata leads HR for Central and Eastern Europe at Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing more than 15 legal entities across the EMEA region. During the pandemic, she temporarily managed the company’s second-largest European site in Lithuania, with more than 2,000 employees.

🌍 She is a strong advocate for diversity, inclusion, and STEM – actively connecting the worlds of business, education, and community. She works as a mentor and is a member of platforms such as Inspire&Impact, the STEM Platform, OPIM, Femme Palette, Minerva, and within the Czech Association of HR Professionals, where she helps create better workplaces and drive systemic change.
